Attention Miami Beauty Clinic clients, we have some ground breaking news to share with you, your mom was right! Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! It fuels our bodies and minds for the busy day that lies ahead, however, did you also know that it fuels our skin too?! The food does anyways.

When you start off your day, start off right with a healthy, nutritious, vitamin/fiber/protein rich meal. No, that does not mean that buttered bagel or bagel with jam, or bagel with creamed cheese.....NO BAGELS!

Its all refined sugars and carbs which increase the body's production if insulin and hormones known as androgens, which then produces more oils in your pores, that then get clogged and cause pimples!

Choose a healthier, all natural, low-sugar, healthy fat option to start you off, and your skin, on the right foot. Try Oatmeal, fresh fruits, a fruit and kale smoothie, and some mixed nuts and seeds with Greek yogurt. Pair that with a tall glass of low-fat milk or almond milk or of course, water and you and your skin are all set to go!
